To the Presenters and Participants

Thank you for your interest in 25thISfTeH. We would like to ask all the presenters and participants to read and discuss their presentations on the day of the conference as follows

1. Presentation

The following are the details of the event: Lectures, symposia and general sessions will be streaming pre-recorded videos on demand.
The poster session will be available as an e-poster in PDF format.
There will be no real time presentation of the speakers during the conference.

Viewing of Presentation Contents

The Congress website will be opened at 10:00 a.m. (Japan time) on the day of the Congress, Thursday, February 11.
The conference staff will send your ID and password to your registered e-mail address in January.
You can see the video and poster presentations on the website.

3. Discussion

There is a comment function on each speaker's presentation screen, so that participants and speakers can discuss each other in a timeline format during the conference.
So, There will not be a set time for discussion.
Speakers who receive comments will be asked to enter their comments, and will be asked to engage in active discussion with other speakers in the same session.

Note: Please be aware that

The names of the participants will be automatically entered in the comments.
Comments that are slanderous or offensive to a specific person or group will not be allowed.
Chairpersons should contact staff if they find any inappropriate comments, and staff will delete the comments.
We are not be responsible for any dispute between commenters and third parties in relation to comments.
